Meet Dan
Dan grew up in Hilmar, California, and graduated from Turlock Christian High School in 1982. Dan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law in 1991 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 1991.
Dan started out working in Modesto for Brunn & Flynn and then moved to Crabtree, Schmidt in 1992 where he became a partner a few years later. Dan started his own practice in Turlock in April of 2000.
His practice has always been primarily personal injury litigation. He has tried many cases in State and Federal Court and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an invitation-only national association of experienced lawyers and judges.
Meet Kelli
Kelli has been working as a Civil Litigation Paralegal since 2009 when she completed the California State University, Stanislaus’ Paralegal Studies Program. Her favorite part of the job is being a genuine support system; helping clients navigate through some of the most difficult times of their lives and knowing we did everything possible to get maximum compensation for their loss.
Kelli believes “Community Matters!” and you will often find her lending her time to various non-profits and community agencies to help others and promote kindness. She recently ended her term as a member of Haven’s Board of Directors where she gained a lifetime of experience.
Outside of the office, Kelli stays busy loving life with her husband, three sons, rescue kitty and Golden Retriever, Archie, the adorable troublemaker.
